This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers as a service provider or processor.

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, business name, and professional title.
• Account and profile information, such as the username and password you use to access the Services, as well as information on your profile such as your education, work experience, skills, photo, locations, and credentials. Profile information is used to help you get the most from our Services, including helping match you to productions looking for people and services to hire.
• Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.
• Usage information, such as information about how you use the Services and interact with us, including information associated with any content you upload to the Services or otherwise submit, and information you provide when you use any interactive features of the Services.
• Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our Services, and details about how you engage with our communications.

Showrunnr is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information.

When you apply for a job with us, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information of the type that may be included in a resume.This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, and monitoring recruitment statistics. • Google Contacts Integration: When you choose to use Google Contacts integration within our Service, we will have the ability to view your contacts via the Google People API, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other details. You have control over which contacts are imported and stored within Showrunnr.

How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Improve Services: Google user data, such as contacts, is used to deliver and enhance the functionality of our services, including facilitating connections between users and managing schedules.
• To Comply with Google's Policies: Our use of information obtained from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means we limit our use of your data to providing or improving user-facing features within the Showrunnr application.
