Deals: One Connected Workflow From Initial Request to Confirmed Deal

Those deals may involve Creative, Production, Business Affairs, Legal, and other teams. But the information established through them ultimately matters to many more people as the project moves forward.

Dealmaking workflows often live across desks, drives, and inboxes, making it difficult to coordinate and maintain consistent records. Showrunnr Deals brings the end-to-end dealmaking workflow into a centralized system of record, helping teams collaborate more effectively while keeping ownership, terms, documents, and stakeholders aligned.

On the Showrunnr platform, information established during the deal process can form the foundation of the production workspace - helping inform budgeting, scheduling, staffing and procurement rather than requiring those teams to reconstruct the same information later.

Across lifecycle stages, creative and production teams can submit deal requests; while Legal and Business Affairs can assign project owners, capture agreement terms, and confirm and share deals in one connected workflow. Deal documentation is structured by customized templates and Deal Summaries, and can be shared within each organizations’ existing repositories such as Box.

Deal Requests and Summary documents are automatically sent to selected team members, ensuring everyone stays informed at every stage. And everything stays secure, intentional, and collaborative with clear ownership and visibility controls, notifications, and access permissions.
